How often? Where? The decision is yours – you decide when and where you want to work, adapting everything to your needs and plans. My offer includes both wealthy Scandinavian countries and warmer destinations.
Working in prestigious clubs
I only work with prestigious, proven clubs. The minimum stay is two weeks, and after that, you have complete freedom – you can take a vacation, change cities, clubs, or even quit your job. Flexibility and control over your decisions – you choose what your work looks like!
Flexible working hours
At Kate's Diary, you have complete flexibility – sign a contract for two weeks or several months, depending on what suits you. Bored with one country? You can easily relocate to Denmark, Norway, or Switzerland. You decide what your work and life will look like!
Participation in prestigious events
Kate's Diary Agency hostesses attend major business events, gaining experience and establishing valuable contacts that can open doors to new opportunities. We recently participated in the BAUMA trade fair, where we built relationships that have proven fruitful in the future.

Shows
Nightclub dancers have the opportunity to showcase their skills in both spectacular main stage shows and more intimate private shows, which are very popular with patrons. Guests can also invite a dancer for a drink, creating additional income opportunities. Your safety and privacy are our top priority – security guards ensure compliance with club rules and ensure your boundaries are not violated.
Online training
No experience? No problem! Our Stripper and Hostess School is now open. This means you can purchase online courses that will teach you how to effectively increase your club sales and unlock the secrets of pole dancing. Start confidently and develop your skills!
Commissions
Dancers are crucial to the club’s atmosphere and reputation, and their remuneration is exceptionally attractive thanks to high commissions. You receive a percentage of every dance performance, drink, and champagne ordered by guests, making your earnings truly impressive. Your income depends solely on your commitment and skills – the more energy you put in, the greater the results you’ll achieve!

After submitting your application, I'll contact you to discuss available options and tailor our workflow to your specific circumstances, such as studying or motherhood.Furthermore, after our WhatsApp video call, I'll send you materials so you can review the details. With us, you can be sure of clear rules and full support from the very first step!
Arrival
After submitting your application, you can start working in just two weeks – this time is needed to take care of all the organizational matters, such as accommodation and paperwork. Of course, if you prefer, you can arrive later.On the day of your arrival, I provide full support – I will personally help you sign your contract with the club and familiarize yourself with the workplace. If I'm not in town, I will stay in touch and provide you with all the assistance you need.You will also receive a map with key points of interest, a list of shops, and recommendations for places to visit in your free time, so you'll quickly feel at home in your new city.
