Ideas are born quickly and quickly run out. Think about how many times you thought about doing something – at first, you felt a lot of energy and enthusiasm, and after a while, everything went slowly into forgetfulness?
In this way, many great ideas are lost because their authors lack the determination to implement them. When the idea of Kate’s Diary Agency sprouted in my head, I decided that I would not let it go into forgetfulness. I shared my business idea, and at the same time a way of life, with my friend. And it was from him, that I heard words that gave me courage. Words that accompany me every day when I realize my plans step by step: There is no better moment than NOW. Make sure you also remember them! 🙂
When I was fed with courage and wrapped in words of support from my real friend, I decided to quit my job, I felt strong. I bought my first airline ticket to Austria, to the city of Ischgl – not for the winter pleasure of skiing, but for the realization of dreams that timidly remind me of myself. I wanted to create a real agency like today’s Kate’s Diary. An agency that will show girls new opportunities and ways to live. An agency that will support them in the realization of their dreams – just as I realized my own.
My mission
In Poland, for 5 years, I ran a dietary and training company: www.khtrener.pl. The idea for the Agency was created in Copenhagen, when I slowly began to miss providing help and support in solving the problems of other women. I felt that my experience and knowledge could help more than one girl. Now I know that my intuition was not wrong.
Going to work, I passed dozens of night clubs every day. My entrepreneur’s instinct told me that I could start working with women there: every club needs girls to work so that I will look for the right people. I shared the idea with my friend who immediately declared his support, and it was with him that I went to the first meeting with the club’s owner.
The decision turned out to be a hit! The owner started a cooperation with me, and I, to meet the nightclub from the inside, arranged my friend’s birthday there. I had the opportunity to see how girls work and how the functioning of the premises is based. I then talked to dancers of different nationalities between the ages of 20 and 38. It was a very valuable experience. I met women who associate me with unique femininity, the art of seduction, original movement and the awareness of every move. That’s how I thought and think today.
I’m currently working with over a dozen clubs all over Europe, and I meet amazing women every day. Now that I can look at everything in retrospect, I think the decision to open Kate’s Diary Agency was one of the most valuable and important moments in my life.
